The full-service performance facility and trainer Bob Purtee are located in the town of Santa Ynez. This facility sits on 10-acres and is complete with a training barn of 25 stalls, full-size arena, bullpen, hot walker, and full-time performance staff.
The Evergreen Arabian foals are born at Rancho Arroyo Perdido and then go to Bob's facility as late two-year-olds to begin their performance training. Bob and Harold work together in the training process, and Bob specializes in all areas including--Western, English, Hunter and Driving. The Evergreen horses compete with both Harold and Bob in Class A, Regional, and National shows, and they both have won honors in all division, both Open and ATR.
The Greens have been competing with the Evergreen-bred performance horses since 1999 and guide their breeding program to produce beautiful horses that compete in the halter arena as youngsters and move on to Bob's barn as athletic individuals capable of accomplishing just as much in the performance arena.
